entrance/hallway with toilet. through the hall you enter the cozy living room with open kitchen (approx. 23m²). on the garden side are sliding doors so you can step on the terrace. the kitchen is equipped with a combination oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob and extractor. at the rear of the house is a bedroom (approx. 8m²) and bathroom on the first floor. the bathroom has a bathtub, shower cubicle and sink.

second floor
landing with two bedrooms and storage space. the bedrooms (approx. 7m² and approx. 6m²) have light from two sides by the presence of additional skylights. the master bedroom provides access to the balcony at the front.

garden
the garden has a spacious terrace and is fully fenced. a detached shed (approx. 6m²) provides space for garden tools and bicycles. there is parking on site for two cars.

park
in addition to the private plot, the roads on the park are shared. you become co-owner of the park. maintenance is arranged from a healthy vve, the vve/park contribution is approximately €500, - per year.
